These Terms govern access to and use of the No Limit Technologies, LLC platform, website, promotions, sweepstakes offerings, purchases, entries, redemptions, and related services.
Participation is limited to eligible persons physically located within the United States. Residents of Montana and any jurisdiction designated by the Company are prohibited. Access from outside the United States is prohibited. VPNs, proxies, and location masking technologies may not be used.
All users must successfully complete identity verification before account activation. Additional verification may be required before redemption processing, dispute resolution, account recovery, fraud review, or regulatory compliance reviews.
Users must provide accurate information and maintain account security. Users are responsible for all activity conducted through their accounts.
The Company may offer entry packages and promotional packages. Pricing, quantities, eligibility requirements, and promotional structures may be modified at any time.
Promotional bonus entries may be awarded with qualifying purchases. Promotional offers may be limited to the first qualifying purchase within a rolling twenty-four-hour period. The Company may modify or discontinue promotions.
No purchase is required where prohibited by law. Each game's official rules govern AMOE procedures, mailing requirements, deadlines, and entry limitations.
Entries and account benefits are delivered electronically and are deemed delivered when credited to the user's account.
Eligible winnings may be redeemed to approved bank accounts. Redemption requests are subject to identity verification, fraud review, and account standing requirements.
Users certify they are authorized users of the payment method utilized and authorize all submitted transactions.
Except where required by law, purchases are final following electronic delivery.
Users agree to contact support before initiating a dispute. The Company may suspend accounts, freeze redemptions, and provide records to payment processors, banks, and dispute resolution providers.
Users acknowledge that login history, IP addresses, device identifiers, purchase records, redemption records, gameplay activity, and account activity may be used to verify delivery and authorization.
Fraud, account sharing, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, promotion abuse, identity misrepresentation, multiple accounts, and location circumvention are prohibited.
All software, content, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of the Company or its licensors.
Users shall not engage in unlawful conduct, automated access, abuse of promotions, harassment, reverse engineering, or activities harmful to the platform.
User information may be collected, stored, processed, and disclosed as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Users consent to electronic notices, agreements, records, disclosures, signatures, and communications.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration to the extent permitted by law. Class and representative actions are waived where legally enforceable.
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to applicable consumer protections.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from violations of these Terms.
The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for violations, fraud concerns, regulatory compliance, or risk management purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
